Smoothies for your Soul
I just can’t overlook the nutritional value of a smoothie. That’s the reason I’m dubbing them Respectful Recipes. What a great way to show your mind, body, soul you love them as much as they love you. Such concentrated nutrients and fiber, all in a glass!
I found these easy smoothies to put in ziplock bags. I thought, “what a timesaver!”
I call these little smoothie bags, and you can use pretty much any combination-just add about 1/2 cup either unsweetened almond milk (I love the vanilla flavor) or Greek yogurt or water. Some people add chia seeds or flax seeds (I prefer chia) and a little honey too. Add a little oatmeal or some protein powder too.
