watch What a beautiful smoothie this is! I found it at Whole Living. I’ve tried it, and it was marvelous!

Avocado-Pear Smoothie
  1. 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
  2. 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup pear juice
  4. 1 tablespoon honey
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  6. 1 cup ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serves 2. Per serving: 162 calories; 1 g saturated fat; 6 g unsaturated fat; 2 mg cholesterol; 22 g carbs; 27 mg sodium; 3 g protein; 3 g fiber. Suitable for Weeks 3 and 4 of the Whole Living Action Plan 28-Day Challenge.
